Mediation Experience
Extensive experience as an MCP volunteer mediator, as an MCP Access ADR domestic mediator, and otherwise, involving the division and distribution of business, retirement, trust, and other more complex assets, and the resolution of atypically challenging divorce tax, child support, and alimony issues. Also, longtime service as a Family Court-appointed Volunteer Settlement Master mediating more financially complex divorce cases.
